In June of 2007, YAS Architecture approached Sonoma Construction with the need to build out their new headquarters with an extremely accelerated schedule. YAS was relocating from Evanston, Illinois to Chicago’s Loop and had to be moved in by August 1st, 2007. Sonoma had exactly one month from July 1st to August 1st to complete this build out. Not only was it completed on time, but every minute detail the architect had requested was completed as well. This build out was made possible by Sonoma’s excellent communications with their client and also strong relationships they share with their sub-contractors.
