Charles E. Smith

Building owner Archstone-Smith/Charles E. Smith Companies hired Sonoma Construction to build several management offices and common areas inside three high rise apartment buildings. We added tenant business centers called Click Cafés, a sophisticated café with Internet access for building residents. We also built several club rooms featuring pool tables and built-in surround sound theaters where residents can entertain guests. During the process, we oversaw the installation of specialized furniture and electronics.
