Sonoma Construction was retained for full pre-construction services for this Cafe RoM client. RoM is a subsidiary of another Sonoma client, Cafe Baci. This location is the second built by Sonoma Construction with additional locations in development. Incorporating Italian made food service equiptment and bar, Sonoma worked closely with multiple food service, coffee, and kitchen vendors to devleop this new Coffee/Cafe concept.
