Sonoma Construction was retained for full pre-construction and construction services for this Baci Group client. Tasked to depart from the client’s current store’s themes and finishes, Sonoma Construction developed a full understanding of the restaurant’s workflow, equipment requirements and client’s needs to construct this new concept location. Incorporating unique aspects including a fully pre-manufactured structural mezzanine in the kitchen and Italian made food service equipment and bar, Sonoma worked closely with multiple vendors and clients to produce a new cornerstone for Cafe Baci.
