General Contracting and Project Management
We work primarily as a general contractor, but we can also oversee your construction partners as your project manager. When we work as your general contractor, we assemble a team of select subcontractors we know to do the job and manage them through every step. As project managers, we supervise the members of your construction team to make sure they are all doing their part to produce quality work. In both roles, we monitor costs and any necessary changes to the plans, keeping you up to date with the project as it progresses.

Contract Administration
If you prefer to manage your own projects, we can act as your contract administrator. We’ll help you select the best subcontractors to work with through our extensive industry contacts and will coordinate the bidding process.
Design-Build
Sonoma Construction offers comprehensive design-build services so that you can complete your project through a single contact, providing a single source of responsibility. Our in-house engineer gives us access to full engineering and architectural drawing services under one roof.
Contract Alternatives
Sonoma Construction can provide either lump sum bids or negotiated fee proposals for a project.
