Safe Office Integration


The “SAFE OFFICE INTEGRATION” conversion focuses on the artful use of new non-porous materials and simple office procedures that help to mitigate the risk of spreading contagions and give peace of mind to the office population.  It utilizes simple, easy to implement steps that most businesses can take with minimal effort and cost.

What we do


Primarily playing the role of General Contractor, where we would oversee your construction project by assembling a team of specialized subcontractors to best execute the job requirements and manage the process from start to finish.

That being said, we also provide many other services to help you with your office relocation or renovation. This process can be a tedious one for those that don’t do this on a routine basis. We can assist your team by offering Project Management and Architectural Firm referrals, as well as, providing Move Management, Contract Management and Scheduling services provided by us directly.

General Contracting


As General Contractor, we oversee all aspects of the construction process. First, by establishing the budget parameters and time constraints. This is accomplished by providing multiple budgets and schedules based upon various levels of architectural documents.


Once the basics are established, we assemble a team of specialized subcontractors, vetted by us, to best execute the job requirements and manage the project from start to finish. This process allows us to use our industry knowledge and relationships in putting together a professional “Construction Team” that, in turn, will create value for your firm.



We work with teams of architects, engineers and owners to provide a realistic budget within the confines of the design team and owner's objectives. We collaborate utilizing the latest technologies in the building industry and offer thoughtful consultation throughout the  design process and develop a mindful plan to tackle the project's goals.

Construction Management

We consistently deliver exceptional value to all our clients and project partners through our catalog of construction services. In addition to managing the entire project’s cost and schedule through construction and contract management, we handle the day-to-day operations and management of all subcontractors while also facilitating daily communication between all team members and the owner.


Move Management


We can assist you in coordinating your office relocation as well. Often times, there may be specific building requirements that we can help to manage.


Whether it is a “move in” requirement:

  • Install phone risers

  • Scheduling elevators for your move

  • Performing ADA upgrades

  • Etc….


Or “Decomissioning” the vacating space:

  • Replacing space as it was found.

  • Removing all existing Electric / T/D cabling

  • “White Boxing” of your space.

  • Etc…
